In the process of pelletizing, there must be no sloppyness. First, the water temperature of the cooling strip should not be too high: it should be low, and it is generally controlled at 50-70 ° C. The water temperature is too high: the hot strips from the lip of the extruder will not cool quickly, which will cause the particles to be brittle. Keeping it at a certain temperature is conducive to the volatilization of water vapor. Second, the particles are cut off. It is not advisable to pack it in a hurry, and it is to be air-dried: the air-tight packaging can be packed, and the particles should be dropped into a large woven bag (about 200 kg). Allow the water and other volatile hydrating substances remaining in the granules to be fully volatile. Then it is packed at the specified weight.
In this way, we can guarantee that we will not produce water vapor during the process of making flat yarn in woven bags, which can make the products made more flexible and quality guaranteed.
